Terms of Service

By accessing or using VexScan ("the Service"), the block explorer for the Vexidus blockchain, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

VexScan provides a read-only interface to browse blocks, transactions, addresses, tokens, validators, and other on-chain data from the Vexidus blockchain. The Service queries the Vexidus JSON-RPC API and displays the results. VexScan does not custody funds, execute transactions, or store private keys.

Vexidus is currently operating as a public beta testnet. The network, its tokens (VXS), and all on-chain assets are for testing purposes. Testnet tokens have no monetary value. The network may be reset, upgraded, or shut down without notice. Do not rely on testnet data for financial decisions.

Nothing on VexScan constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Token prices, balances, and transaction data are presented as-is from the blockchain. You are solely responsible for your own decisions regarding digital assets.

While we strive to display accurate blockchain data, VexScan makes no guarantees about the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of the information displayed. Data is sourced directly from Vexidus validator nodes via RPC and may be subject to network delays, reorganizations, or indexing lag.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to disrupt or overload the RPC infrastructure
• Scrape or crawl the Service at excessive rates (more than 10 requests/second)
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with VexScan or Vexidus

The VexScan user interface, design, and branding are owned by Vexidus Corporation. Blockchain data itself is public and open. The Vexidus protocol, IntentVM, and related patents are owned by their respective holders.

VexScan is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. In no event shall Vexidus Corporation be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of service.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of VexScan after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be noted with an updated "Last updated" date.
