Privacy Policy

VexScan is a public block explorer. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. The short version: we collect minimal data and never sell your information.

Automatically Collected

• Server logs: IP address, User-Agent, request timestamp, and requested URL. Retained for 30 days for security and abuse prevention.
• RPC proxy logs: JSON-RPC method names and parameters routed through our API proxy. No private keys or signatures are logged.

Not Collected

• We do not collect personally identifiable information (PII) such as names, emails, or phone numbers.
• We do not use tracking pixels, analytics SDKs, or advertising networks.
• We do not store wallet private keys, seed phrases, or signatures.

VexScan uses a single functional cookie to store your theme preference (light/dark mode). We do not use advertising cookies, tracking cookies, or third-party cookies.

All blockchain data displayed on VexScan (addresses, transactions, balances, token info) is publicly available on the Vexidus network. Displaying this data does not constitute collection of personal data. If your address appears on VexScan, it is because it exists on-chain.

VexScan is hosted on Hetzner Cloud (Germany/Finland). We do not share data with advertising platforms, data brokers, or social media companies. Our RPC proxy connects to Vexidus validator nodes operated by Vexidus Corporation.

• Server access logs: 30 days
• Theme preference cookie: until cleared by user
• Blockchain data: permanent (stored on-chain, not by VexScan)

Since we do not collect PII, there is generally no personal data to request, correct, or delete. If you believe we hold data about you, contact us and we will respond within 30 days.

We may update this Privacy Policy as VexScan evolves. Changes will be reflected with an updated date above.
